At Faraway Frontiers we believe personal information is personal. Consequently we do not collect any, nor do we use any 3rd party plugins, libraries, analytics, etc. that collect it either. Your information stays with you.
The only time we would ever see personal information is if you contact us for support. Then we only get the name and email you provide so our support staff can respond to your case. Once the support has finished the emails are archived for a time, in case of recurring incidents (so we can look back at the support history), and then deleted once the retention period (typically about a 6 months to a year) is up. At no time is the information shared with any other affiliates, websites, or the like.
If at any time you wish for us to copy, modify or remove your information before the routine deletion, you may do so by sending us an email through productsupport@farawayfrontiers.com
